Dumervil's status is being characterized as a game-time decision by coach John Harbaugh, but it doesn't sound like the Ravens are overly optimistic about his chances of playing against the Minnesota Vikings.
"Earlier in the week, we felt like he was going to make it," Harbaugh said. "He's not a guy who has to practice to play. So, if he goes out there and feels like he can go, he will."
The Ravens ruled out rookie safety Brynden Trawick because of a high-ankle sprain that has sidelined him for two games.
Jackson returned to practice Friday.
Running back Adrian Peterson returned to practice on a limited basis after missing two days of practice with a groin injury. He's listed as questionable, along with linebacker Larry Dean (knee) and safety Jamarca Sanford (ankle).
Several players are probable for the Vikings, including defensive end Jared Allen (finger), running back Matt Asiata (shoulder), defensive tackle Fred Efvans (knee), defensive tackle Sharif Floyd (illness), linebacker Chad Greenway (wrist), defensive end Everson Griffen (toe) and safety Andrew Sendejo (toe).
