Tight end Dennis Pitta is active, his first game back since undergoing surgery for a fractured, dislocated hip suffered on July 27 in training camp. He's expected to have a limited role.
Dumervil had been listed as doubtful, and he was described as a game-time decision by coach John Harbaugh on Friday.
"Earlier in the week, we felt like he was going to make it," Harbaugh said after practice Friday. "He's not a guy who has to practice to play. So, if he goes out there and feels like he can go, he will."
The Ravens had previously ruled out rookie safety Brynden Trawick because of a high-ankle sprain that has now kept him out for three games.
The Ravens' other scratches were tight end Dallas Clark, who had extremely limited snaps in practice this week with Pitta's return, as well as defensive tackle Brandon Williams, wide receiver Deonte Thompson, safety Omar Brown and center Ryan Jensen.
The Vikings had officially ruled out quarterback Christian Ponder (concussion), cornerback Josh Robinson (chest) and tight end Kyle Rudolph (foot). The Vikings also scratched defensive tackle Chase Baker, guard Jeff Baca, wide receiver Rodney Smith and tackle Mike Remmers.
Running back Adrian Peterson is active after returning to practice Friday. He was listed as questionable with a groin injury.
Peterson leads the NFL with 1,208 rushing yards and 10 touchdown runs.
