The Ravens nearly had a full contingent of players at their first practice of the week.
Practicing indoors due to the snowfall from early Thursday morning, the only player missing during the early portion open to reporters was starting inside linebacker Dannell Ellerbe.
Ellerbe has a sprained right ankle and a back injury, but neither is expected to affect his availability and effectiveness for the Super Bowl in New Orleans.
The Ravens didn't practice Wednesday, but provided an estimated practice report. Fifteen players would not have practiced on Wednesday if the team would have practiced, including Ellerbe.
The Ravens will file an updated injury report later Thursday.
Including Ellerbe, here's the Ravens' list of injured players: wide receiver Anquan Boldin (bruised left shoulder), Ellerbe, rookie cornerback Asa Jackson (hamstring), fullback Vonta Leach (right knee, ankle), middle linebacker Ray Lewis (right triceps), outside linebacker Albert McClellan (shoulder), defensive end Pernell McPhee (thigh), defensive tackle Haloti Ngata (right knee), running back Bernard Pierce (bruised right knee), strong safety Bernard Pollard (ribs), wide receiver David Reed (hamstring), free safety Ed Reed (torn shoulder labrum), cornerback Jimmy Smith (sports hernia surgery), outside linebacker Terrell Suggs (right Achilles, torn right biceps) and offensive guard Marshal Yanda (right shoulder).
The Ravens appeared to be in a lighthearted mood, with Ed Reed dancing around and laughing and joking.
Suggs was going to sing or rap at one point, as he usually does when he enters the practice field, but said he'll do something Friday. Suggs didn't conduct interviews Thursday. He's expected to hold court on Friday.
