Veteran defensive end Chris Canty was limited during the Ravens' light practice Monday night due to a shoulder injury.
Canty briefly left the game Sunday during a 19-3 win over the New York Jets to head to the locker room for examination, but returned and finished the game.
Canty is expected to be available and start in the Ravens' Thursday night game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Pro Bowl nose tackle Haloti Ngata was at practice after returning Sunday from a sprained left knee that sidelined him for one game.
Rookie safety Brynden Trawick, a special-teams contributor, didn't practice due to an ankle injury.
The Steelers already ruled out nose tackle Steve McLendon with a sprained right ankle and cornerback Curtis Brown, who tore his anterior cruciate ligament against the Cleveland Browns.
The Steelers' injury report is an estimation from them since they didn't practice Monday.
They listed linebacker Stevenson Sylvester (hamstring) as limited.
Defensive end Brett Keisel (foot), safety Shamarko Thomas (ankle) and linebacker LaMarr Woodley (calf) were listed as participating fully. Keisel and Woodley have missed the past two games.
