The Ravens are poised to give a "generous gift" to the city of New Orleans on Wednesday morning in New Orleans, the team announced.
The gift will be presented by Ravens Pro Bowl kick returner and New Orleans native Jacoby Jones to New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu and police superintendent Ronal Serpas, on Wednesday morning in New Orleans.
The Ravens didn't specify what they're giving the city of New Orleans, or its dollar value.
The Ravens stated that the gift is in appreciation of the city services, which included police protection, provided to them when they were in New Orleans for the Super Bowl.
The Ravens defeated the San Francisco 49ers, 34-31, at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome.
