Terrell Suggs reaches agreement with fiancee on custody, visitation of children

Ravens Pro Bowl outside linebacker Terrell Suggs and his fiancee', Candace Williams, reached a global resolution agreement Tuesday morning in Baltimore County Circuit Court regarding custody and visitation involving their two children.
