Mike Preston grades the Ravens' 23-16 win over the Browns [Pictures]

Quarterback: C
Joe Flacco gets sloppy and he almost got picked several times. There are times he could run or step up in the pocket to get more time to throw, but he didnt move well. Compared to the preseason and the regular season, this wasnt one of his better games. He had very little footwork, and at times became gun shy after getting hit. Grade: C.

Lrok, There were 7 runs and one nice pass completed for 28 yards with 4:33 left to go on our last drive in the 4th quarter. There was a second pass that didn't count as it resulted in a first down due to a holding penalty on Cleveland. Cleveland used a timeout after the completed pass to Boldin for 28. Not sure how running the ball 8 out of 8 times would have helped us, especially since both of those passes resulted in yardage and first downs?
If cam tried to run out the clock on a miserable night late in the game with a double digit lead and the defense gave up two late touchdowns, its dean pees who would be feeling the heat more than cam. You don't have to make this an all or nothing choice. There were enough incompletions in that last quarter that could have been replaced with 2 or 3 runs of no gain and that would have been enough to take away any last chance Cleveland had. Were you really perfectly content that joe was throwing so often in that situation?
Yes, us ravens fans have never seen a prolific passing attack. We've never seen Brady, manning, Brees, big Ben, rivers, etc. thanks for enlightening us on what it should look like.
