RAVENS PASS OFFENSE VS. BROWNS PASS DEFENSE:
The Browns have the No.1 pass defense in football, allowing just 174.7 yards per game. Despite his struggles last week against A.J. Green, Browns second-year player Joe Haden has become one of the NFLs top young cornerbacks. Hes second in the league with 16 pass break-ups and he could draw the assignment of Anquan Boldin, who caught eight balls for 142 yards and three touchdowns in one game against the Browns last year. Veteran Sheldon Brown is the other corner for the Browns, who have six interceptions, the second lowest total in the NFL. Cleveland has gotten a boost from rookies Jabaal Sheard and Phil Taylor, who have combined for 8 1/2 sacks. The Ravens offensive line didnt allow a sack against the San Francisco 49ers last Thursday and is playing its best football of the season. The same could be said of quarterback Joe Flacco, who has posted a quarterback rating over 100 in each of his past two games and has completed 32-of-50 passes for 431 yards and three touchdowns during that span. In six career games against the Browns, Flacco has averaged 206.3 yards throwing per contest while tossing eight touchdowns to three interceptions.
