Remember when?

Fans of the Ravens just might have the Miami Dolphins to thank for the firing of Brian Billick and the beginning of the John Harbaugh era this season. Dissatisfaction with Billick reached a new high when the Ravens lost to the previously 0-13 Dolphins, 22-16, on Dec.16 last season. The Dolphins, under first-year coach Cam Cameron, were able to avoid losing all 16 games. Cameron is now the offensive coordinator for the Ravens.

WHAT HAPPENED: Unable to hold a 10-point halftime lead, the Ravens had a chance to win in overtime, but Ravens kicker Matt Stover hooked a potential game-winning field-goal attempt. Little-used Dolphins wide receiver Greg Camarillo caught a short pass over the middle and out-sprinted Jamaine Winborne for a 64-yard touchdown just three plays after Stover's miss.

The Ravens came back in the fourth quarter after the Dolphins had taken a 16-13 lead. With Troy Smith in at quarterback for an injured Kyle Boller (concussion), the Ravens marched from their 40-yard line to the 1 with 12 seconds left. With the Ravens facing a fourth-and-goal at the 1, Billick decided on the tying field goal.

In overtime, the Ravens drove 54 yards and gave Stover his chance to win it from 44 yards, but he missed wide left because he "overkicked" it.

KEY STATS: Camarillo, who had caught just one pass in 13 games for the Dolphins, had three catches for 109 yards against the Ravens. ... Dolphins quarterback Cleo Lemon did his best Dan Marino impression, completing 23 of 39 passes for 315 yards and the 64-yard touchdown to Camarillo. ... Ravens running back Willis McGahee carried 29 times for 104 yards.

QUOTABLE: "We've done a good job of holding on to pride, but this is a hard blow." - Ravens guard Jason Brown

"I'll bank on character anytime. It doesn't mean a lot to [the media] sometimes, but it does to me. I'll count on character on this team." - Billick
