Does this sound like fun? Two 1870s-vintage cable cars creaking ominously as you travel 400 feet off the ground at a 30-degree incline with the wind whistling? And they make you pay to get on it!

Sure, if you make it to the top, there's a great view of Pittsburgh's "Golden Triangle." And you can hit all those overpriced restaurants on Mount Washington.

But at what cost to your fragile emotional state?
