( Lloyd Fox, Baltimore Sun / June 28, 2011 ) Schmuck's take: Hard to argue with the Orioles' decision to release him and avoid salary arbitration, since Luke is coming off major shoulder surgery and made $6.4 million last year, but the Orioles really need to be adding power instead of subtracting it. Bonus take: They also need to be adding some quotable players until I bone up on my Pacific Rim language skills. |
