The win lifted Charlevoix to 4-3-4 overall, 3-1-2 league.
Doan, a defender, staked the Rayders to a 2-0 halftime lead when she scored on a pair of direct kicks from about 25 yards out. She scored in the second half on a corner kick.
Taylor Smith had a goal and an assist for the Rayders, and Abbey Barnes also scored.
Ciara Summers scored both of Grayling's goals.
Lynzie Gotshall and Bailee Stevens split the game in goal for Charlevoix.
Rayder coach Carol Madison lauded the play of Grace Glenny, Cora Taylor, Katie Kitely and Cristin Cole.
Harbor Springs 3, Boyne City 0
HARBOR SPRINGS -- Freshmen Stephanie Sylvain scored two goals to lead the Rams past Boyne City Monday in a Lake Michigan Conference match.
Emily Ford also scored, while Betsy Simons and Autumn Kihnke each had an assist. Eden Erxleben posted the shutout in goal for Harbor.
"We had strong play from our freshmen, like Sylvain, Denise Gretzinger, Paige Bayliss, Layne Compton and Betsy Simons," Harbor coach Ed Fantozzi said. "It was a good game for them to get some quality minutes."
The Rams improved to 6-3-2 overall, 5-0-2 league.
NMCA 1, Sault 1
BURT LAKE -- Natascha Vinz scored the lone goal for Burt Lake Northern Michigan Christian Academy (NMCA) as the Eagles and Sault Ste. Marie played to a non-conference tie on Monday.
Shelby Donovan finished with 13 saves in goal for the Eagles, 7-2-1, while coach Rusty Chatfield lauded the play of Megan Crawford, Rebekah Leonard and Vinz.

HARBOR SPRINGS -- The East Jordan boys and Boyne City girls earned victories Monday in the seven-team Kiwanis 9 & 10 Invitational at Reynolds Field in Harbor Springs.
The East Jordan boys finished with 112 points to edge the host Rams, who finished with 106.33. Boyne City was third with 86.33.
