South Pasadena and San Marino in Clovis Invitational: South Pasadena finished 15th out of 24 teams with 337 points in the Division I Extra Large race at Fresno’s Woodward Park on Saturday. Helena Van Loan finished 13th for the Tigers in 18 minutes 57 seconds. Anika Renken was 27th (19:26) for the Tigers, who got a 60th-place finish from Emily Ye (19:55) and 118th-place effort from Jessica Hitchcock (21:09). Rosemary White finished 132nd in 21:31, Madeline Chin was 152nd (22:30) and Abigael Shulman took 154th (22:58) for South Pasadena.
In the Division III race, San Marino didn’t field enough runners to compose a team. Alissa Barraza was 26th for the Titans in 20:22 and Marina Flores finished 106th in 23:06.
South Pasadena and San Marino in Clovis Invitational: The Tigers collected 505 points to take 20th place in the 27-team Division I Extra Large race at Woodward Park in Fresno on Saturday. Josh Wilson led South Pasadena with a 19th-place performance in 16 minutes 6 seconds, followed by Cullen Irvine (77th, 16:52), Victor Hidalgo (132nd, 17:29), Thomas Steele (135th, 17:31), Animesh Mangu (157th, 17:50), Tyler Gershman (160th, 17:53) and Clement Kwong (180th, 18:24).
In the Division III race, Kenneth Lee was the lone participate from San Marino to race. Lee clocked 18:44 to take 120th place.
