You will be following the same routine all three days of week 2:
Start with a five minute walking warm-up. Take this time to get yourself mentally prepared and tell yourself today I'm going to go further than I did last week.
This week we'll be running intervals of 90 seconds of jogging and 2 minutes of walking for a total of 20 minutes followed by your 5 minute walking cool down and stretching.
