Sailor Matt Rutherford arrives in Annapolis
More than two dozen boats sailed out into the Chesapeake Bay to greet Matt Rutherford and hundreds came to cheer and take pictures on City Dock in Annapolis when he completed his eight-month, 27,000-mile solo nonstop around the Americas.
