Gov. Martin O'Malley has asked the U.S. Commerce Secretary to declare the Chesapeake Bay's blue crab fishery a federal disaster. O'Malley made the announcement in Fells Point with U.S. Sens. Benjamin Cardin (left) and Barbara Mikulski (far right).
