Despite last night's 3-1 loss to the Nationals, the Orioles can still clinch their fifth series win in six interleague series with a win in this afternoon's series finale.
A win would also give the Orioles their 11th in interleague play, tying a franchise high previously done three times (1999, 2008, 2009).
The Orioles will be without left-handed reliever Dana Eveland, who departed for California to be with his wife, Ashley, who gave birth to the couple's second child last night.

Eveland won't be placed on the paternity leave list until Tuesday, so Orioles manager Buck Showalter said right-hander Tommy Hunter will be available to work out of the bullpen this afternoon. Showalter said everyone in the bullpen is available.
Based on how right-handed reliever Matt Lindstrom pitches on rehab in Double-A Bowie, the club could activate him Tuesday and have the bullpen at full strength for that night's game against the Angels.
Also, the Orioles' probables for the two-game series against the Angels have been announced. Left-hander Brian Matusz will start Tuesday and right-hander Jason Hammel is slated for Wednesday. Left-hander Wei-Yin Chen is expected to pitch Thursday against Cleveland.
As for today, Chris Davis, who is mired in an 0-for-28 slump, was given the day off. Wilson Betemit, who made a throwing error in last night's game, is also not in today's lineup.
That means Robert Andino is making the start at third. Steve Pearce, who has been playing in left, is in right. Steve Tolleson is in left, and Ronny Paulino gets the start at DH.
