8. Miguel Tejada, 2004

Stats: .311/.360/.534. 34 HRs, 107 runs, 150 RBIs. 7.4 WAR, 6.8 oWAR, .392 wOBA. Skinny: Orioles second baseman Brian Roberts was asked which he thought was more impressive: Davis' season this year or Tejada's in 2004. And Roberts, teammates to both, stammered. He said Davis might get the edge because of the homers, but he almost certainly won't reach 150 RBIs, Tejada's franchise record. In one 20-game stretch in 2004, Tejada drove in multiple runs 10 times. In the second half, he had five games with four or more RBIs. He finished fifth in the MVP race despite the Orioles' 84-loss season.
