Left-hander Wei-Yin Chen (pictured) was on his way to his second strong performance in a row when he grabbed at his side and exited Sunday's game with a right oblique strain. That's very bad news for a team that already has called on four Triple-A starters to fill in the fifth slot in the rotation and replace injured Miguel Gonzalez. It was a tough week already, after so-so outings by Jason Hammel, Freddy Garcia and Steve Johnson, and that was reflected in the combined numbers. The rotation posted a 2-2 record with a 6.03 ERA and averaged just five innings per start. Even though the team managed to go 4-2 in those games, this is starting to get scary.

Autograph session vouchers for this month’s Orioles FanFest will go on sale Saturday morning at 10 on the team’s website (Click HERE for the link).
The event’s autograph session schedule will be posted on the website by 9 p.m. on Friday.
This year’s FanFest will take place on January 19 at the Baltimore Convention Center from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Orioles season plan holders will gain early entry at 10 a.m.
Autograph vouchers, limited to 250 for each session, will be $15 each, with the proceeds going to OriolesREACH. A voucher guarantees one autograph from each player at the station.
Fans are encouraged to buy autograph vouchers in advance, but if vouchers are still available the day of the event, they can be purchased at the Orioles Park box office or the ticket sales location at FanFest. There is a limit of two autograph vouchers per person per session time. Fans redeeming vouchers must be at least 3 years old.
Kids ages 4 to 14 will have a specially designated “kids only” autograph station that will be free of charge and operate throughout the event. It will be a free-flowing station, with kids being able to go through the line as often as they like. Players signing in the kids station will not be announced in advance.
The first 250 season plan holders in attendance will receive a voucher for a complimentary autograph session beginning at 10 a.m.
