MLB.com unveiled its top 100 prospects for 2013 on Tuesday night, and the Orioles' 20-year-old right-hander Dylan Bundy was No. 2 overall.
Bundy, the club's top pick in 2011 who made his major-league debut last September, trailed only Texas Rangers shortstop Jurickson Profar on the list.
Bundy pitched 1 2/3 scoreless innings in two appearances for the Orioles in 2012. He was 9-3 with a 2.08 ERA in 23 starts at three different levels in the minor leagues before the promotion.
The Orioles had one other prospect in the Top 100 -- right-hander Kevin Gausman, the club's top pick in 2012. He was 37th on the list.
Gausman, 22, made five starts combined between short-season Single-A Aberdeen and Single-A Frederick before pitching three shutout innings for Double-A Bowie in the Eastern League playoffs.
Of American League East teams, the Boston Red Sox (6) had the most prospects on the list. The Tampa Bay Rays had five, the New York Yankees had three and the Toronto Blue Jays had two.
