J.J. Hardy returns to lineup, Kelly Johnson to make first start with Orioles tonight

Shortstop J.J. Hardy, who missed one game and part of another with lower back spasms, is back in the starting lineup Wednesday against the Cincinnati Reds at Camden Yards.

Hardy is batting sixth, one spot ahead of Kelly Johnson, who will be playing third base and making his first start with the Orioles. Johnson made his club debut Tuesday as a defensive replacement at third base.

David Lough, who has been hitting better in limited action recently, has been moved up to the second spot in the lineup versus Reds right-hander Dylan Axelrod. Lough will be playing center field, while Adam Jones gets a break for his legs and serves as the designated hitter.
