Orioles prospect Dylan Bundy gave up the first regular season run of his professional career in the third inning of tonight's start against the Charleston RiverDogs, but it took a wild pitch on a third strike and two errors behind him to get RiverDogs center fielder Mason Williams around the bases.
Bundy was his usual overpowering self, striking out eight batters through three innings in his sixth appearance for the Class-A Delmarva Shorebirds. He has now pitched 20 innings, given up just an unearned run on two hits and struck out 33 batters.
He was scheduled to pitch four innings but was limited to three because he reached his pitch count.
