Welcome back to the bar and to the final run of the baseball season.
There are 20 games left -- all against teams in the American League East.
The Orioles are 27-29 against division foes this season. Three of the four -- with the exception of the Toronto Blue Jays -- are still in the playoff race.
And so are the Orioles, no matter how many people out there won't believe it.
I'll make this real simple today.
I have two questions you need to answer: What will the Orioles' record be in their final 20 games? And will it be good enough to make the playoffs?
I said at the beginning of the season that the Orioles would win 87 games this year and fall just short of the postseason. Might as well stick to my original thoughts.
That would mean my answers to the above questions are 11-9 and no.
How about you?
