SARASOTA, Fla. -- The Orioles will travel just north to Bradenton, Fla., for a 7:05 p.m. game against the Pittsburgh Pirates at McKechnie Field.
Orioles right-hander Bud Norris will make his fourth Grapefruit League start. He’s coming off an outing in which he lasted just 1 2/3 innings and allowed three runs – two earned – and four hits against the New York Yankees last Thursday.
Pitchers available for tonight’s game include left-handers Kelvin De La Cruz, T.J. McFarland, Troy Patton, as well as right-handers Alfredo Aceves and Steve Johnson. Left-hander Chris Jones and right-hander Mychal Givens are also making the trip from minor league camp.
The Orioles staff held a meeting this afternoon at noon to discuss the existing spring roster, so some cuts could come later today.
Here are the starting lineups for tonight’s game.Copyright © 2015, The Baltimore Sun
