Matt Wieters (manager)

It's pretty rare when you can say a 26-year-old guy has what it takes to be a major league manager. But Wieters is a special type. There may be no one in the Orioles' clubhouse, with the exception of Showalter, who commands the respect Wieters does. He is an exceptionally prepared student with a calming yet formidable presence that belies his youth. As he has gotten older and more comfortable, more of his understated wit and intelligence has come to the surface.
