The Oriole bird spent the day taking over New York.

Orioles center fielder Adam Jones and second baseman Robert Andino stopped by the MLB Fan Cave before tonight's series finale against the Yankees. Part of their visit included filming a spoof of a recent skit from the IFC television show "Portlandia" involving "putting birds on things.”

Jones and Andino did this by placing stickers featuring the team's cartoon bird logo all over the streets of NYC.

While at the Fan Cave, Jones and Andino earned $1,800 for Boys & Girls Clubs of America through State Farm's "Go To Bat" program, hitting a combined nine home runs in the Home Run Derby feature on the MLB 12 The Show video game.
