Matt Wieters' walk-off grand slam vs. Rays (April 18)

With one out in the top of the eighth inning, the Tampa Bay Rays' James Loney hit a solo home run against Orioles right-hander Darren O'Day to tie the game at 6. The Orioles failed to score with two runners on base in the bottom of the ninth, but Wieters connected for the game-winning grand slam after the first three batters -- Nick Markakis, Manny Machado and Adam Jones -- all reached base with singles in the 10th. It was the Orioles' first win in extra innings in 2013, and they finished 8-7 in extra innings on the season after going 16-2 in 2012.
