What the Orioles earn
Many of the Orioles' young players aren't yet eligible for salary arbitration. In their cases, 2011 salaries are provided and it is likely that a player's 2012 salary will be similar to or slightly higher than his 2011 salary.

Total Tampa Rays 2012 payoll - If the season started today, the Tampa Bay Rays payroll would be approximately $52.1 million. That is an increase of 27 percent over the 2011 season
So basically the Orioles Have about $75 Million earmarked for 2012. It looks like they have a much lower salary than the previous year by about 18 Million. Look there is most of the money for Prince Fielder...lol.
Maybe the Orioles will go hard after Cespedes seeing as how they can afford to spend some money this season.
Outside of JJ HARDY,Matt WEITERS, MARK Reynolds, Jim johnson and Robert adino the rest of this team should be ashamed to collect there paychecks. 22 million combined for 1 guy who has played a total of 69 games in 2 years,and will never play again and another who is getting progressively less effective each year instead of just hitting the prime of his career.No wonder this organization is in the shape that it's in today. Putting Mark reynolds in there was questionable but you know what his positives and negatives were known before you signed him and he did hit 37 hr's.
