Orioles closer Lee Smith grimaces after yielding a ninth-inning home run to the Atlanta Braves' Fred McGriff during the 1994 All-Star Game at Three Rivers Stadium. After McGriff's two-run shot off Smith sent the game to extra innings, the National League went on to break its six-game losing streak with an 8-7, 10-inning win. Smith finished his career with seven All-Star team selections and 478 saves.
