The Dodgers' first two picks in the 2013 are college pitchers.

The club's second-round selection, No. 56 overall, was left-hander Tom Windle, out of the University of Minnesota.

Windle, who is 6 feet 4, had a record of 6-4 with a 2.14 earned-run average for the Golden Gophers this spring. In 92 2/3 innings, he gave up 70 hits and struck out 86 with 33 walks. Opponents batted .208 against him.

The Dodgers' first pick, No. 18 overall, was right-hander Chris Anderson from Jacksonville (Fla.) University.
