With Troy Smith out because of illness, rookie quarterback Joe Flacco (5) made his second straight start in the Ravens' preseason finale against the Atlanta Falcons. Flacco went 8 of 13 for 72 yards before giving way to newly signed quarterback Casey Bramlet.
