Quint Kessenich: Newcomers to watch in college lacrosse
The kids are better than all right.
In college lacrosse, freshmen have the opportunity to step right onto the stage and make an impact.

Conor Gately, attack, Marquette( Marquette Athletics / February 23, 2013 )
Gately was a late-bloomer coming out of Yorktown High in Yorktown Heights, N.Y. Early recruiters missed him, and the Golden Eagles landed a very talented player. "Conor is a very explosive player with tremendous feeding ability," coach Joe Amplo said. "As he develops a scorer's mentality, he will become a very dangerous player from behind the goal."
