Maryland midfielder Katie Schwarzmann (March 22)

The reigning Tewaaraton Award winner, Schwarzmann turned in two remarkable defensive performances on a weekend road trip as the No. 1 Terps remained undefeated. The Century graduate might be better known for her offensive numbers, but at No. 16 Stony Brook on Sunday, she held Division I leading goal scorer Demmiane Cook without a shot. The previous day, she shut out Boston College's Michaela Rix, who managed just one shot. Schwarzmann also contributed three goals to the 8-3 win over Stony Brook and a goal and an assist to the 13-5 win at Atlantic Coast Conference rival Boston College.
