PROVO, Utah (KTLA) -- The 3rd ranked team in college basketball, Brigham Young University, has kicked its starting power forward off the team for having pre-marital sex with his girlfriend.
Brandon Davies admitted to having sex with his girlfriend, and that's a violation of BYU's "honor code."
The school is now trying to figure out whether or not it is going to expel the sophomore.
BYU lost its first game without Davies last night to unranked New Mexico.
