All-Baltimore County boys lacrosse teams

Player of the Year
STEELE STANWICK
Loyola

The junior scored 37 goals and assisted on 35 others to lead the Dons to the Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association A Conference title. Stanwick, who is bound for the University of Virginia, had four goals and four assists in the 10-6 victory over then-No. 1 Boys' Latin, avenging an earlier 9-8 loss to the Lakers.

Stanwick's totals this year surpassed those of last season, when he scored 35 goals and assisted on 17. Over the Dons' last three victories -- over St. Paul's, Gilman and Boys' Latin -- Stanwick totaled 20 points (six goals, 14 assists).

Coach of the Year
JACK CRAWFORD
Loyola

After reaching three straight Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association A Conference semifinals before being ousted in last year's quarterfinals, the fifth-year coach finally broke through with the Dons, who won their last 12 games and the conference title.

In the victory, the Dons ended Boys' Latin's nine-game winning streak as well as its streak of 23 consecutive wins against MIAA A Conference teams.A former assistant to Landon's highly regarded Rob Bordley, Crawford called the title game "clearly the biggest win of my career, and I've been doing this now for going on 20 years."
