The rising senior had cut his list to Temple, Rutgers, Pittsburgh, Wisconsin and the Cavaliers on Thursday.
The 6-foot-1, 170-pound Obasi caught 49 passes for 1,178 yards last season, an average of 24 yards per catch, and had 13 touchdowns in helping lead the Millers to the Class 3A North regional final. As a defensive back, he had six interceptions and 40 tackles.
Obasi, who also plays basketball for Milford Mill, is unranked on ESPN.com and 247Sports.com but is rated a three-star prospect by Rivals.com and Scout.com. According to the 247Sports Composite, he's the No. 28 Class of 2018 prospect in Maryland.
