The undefeated City boys basketball team continued its victory lap on Wednesday with an appearance at the State House in Annapolis.

Maggie McIntosh, a Democrat who represents Baltimore City in the House of Delegates, posted a photo of legislators posing with Knights coach Daryl Wade with senior guard Timmy Bond on her Facebook page.

Several members of Baltimore's delegation posed for the photo, as did House Speaker Michael E. Busch, an Anne Arundel Democrat.

It's common for championship teams around the state to be honored by the Maryland General Assembly while the legislature is in session between January and April each year.
