St. Mary's named two new coaches for fall sports today, according to a news release from the school.

Frank Richard takes over as the school's football coach, while Chris Hennings joins the Saints as the boys soccer coach.

"I am honored and excited to lead St Mary's football," Richard said in the news release. "I want to thank Father John Tizio, principal Richard Bayhan and athletic director Trey Whitty for extending the opportunity. I am humbled. I look forward to establishing a program for which the Annapolis community will be proud and fervently support."

Hennings graduated from Bucknell and is a native of West Chester, Pa.

"It is my good fortune that I may combine my passion for teaching and knowledge of the game of soccer into a single position," Hennings said in the news release. "I look forward to leading our student-athletes in their endeavors in the classroom and in competition on the field."
