DeMatha to host inaugural Crab Ball Classic boys basketball showcase

On Friday, DeMatha will host the inaugural Crab Ball Classic, a boys basketball showcase featuring top seniors from the Baltimore area against their counterparts from the Washington, D.C. area.

Baltimore's North team will consist of seniors from Baltimore and the Northern Maryland counties, while Washington's South team will feature seniors from Prince George’s, Montgomery and the Southern Maryland counties.

There also will be an eighth grade showcase game featuring future talent that will take place prior to the Classic. Tickets will be available at the gate for $10.
