Maryland boys basketball All-Stars top Pennsylvania

Led by a 28-point performance from Woodlawn's Victor McDermott, Maryland came away with a 118-114 double overtime win against their Pennsylvania counterparts in the Maryland-Pennsylvania senior all-star game at Harrisburg Christian Athletic Center on Saturday.

The Maryland squad rallied from a 20-point first-half deficit, with Westminster's Skyler Schaffer sending the game into overtime on a putback with two seconds left in regulation.

Maryland, which has won four of the past five games, also got 25 points from Gwynn Park's Cedric Hines and 20 from Patterson's Dawan Bass. Also reaching double figures were Winters Mill's Keith Claiborne (12 points), Schaffer (11) and Dulaney's Jon Sims (10).
