The Baltimore City indoor track championship meet's date has been changed again. It will now take place on its original date of this Wednesday at the Fifth Regiment Armory, school officials confirmed Monday morning.
Late last week, officials from the meet said the event was being moved to this Friday to give the athletes a chance to compete in an extra meet today. But transportation issues forced meet organizers to cancel that meet on Monday morning.
Now, since there's no meet Monday, they're going to move the championship meet back to the original Wednesday date at the Armory at 3:45 p.m., according to meet organizer Jerry Molyneaux.
So that's the bottom line. The Baltimore City indoor track championship meet will be held Wednesday and not on Friday at the Armory.
