18 locals selected for Big 33 Team Maryland.

Eighteen Baltimore-area football players are among 34 athletes from around the state selected for Team Maryland to play in the Big 33 Football Classic against Pennsylvania's top seniors on June 17 in Pennsylvania.

The game had been moved to Memorial Day weekend, but was returned to its original mid-June timeframe for several reasons including that not enough local families signed up to host the players for the week.

To cut costs, the game has also been moved from Hersheypark Stadium and will be played at a high school, although the site has yet to be determined.
