This fall, she led Centennial to the Class 3A state title in cross country. She won that race and will anchor an Eagles program that's loaded with underclassmen and getting stronger.

Julia Nardone

Glenelg, junior

Nardone won two state titles last year, taking the Class 2A 1,600 and 3,200. She ran well in outdoor track in cross country this fall and should help the Gladiators find success this winter.

Tabitha Pyatt

Poly, senior

Her main event is the high jump, where she finished second in the state (Class 4A) and region after taking the Baltimore City title. But Pyatt also can help in sprints and relays if Poly needs it.

Sarah Rinehart

Liberty, junior

Her versatility is a big help to Liberty coaches, as she can be used in middle- and long-distance runs, as well as relays and field events. Rinehart's distance skills were on display in cross country season; she took fifth in the Class 2A state title race.
