The senior forward capped a week of big wins with 26 points, 14 rebounds and two steals in a 70-57 double-overtime upset at Riverdale Baptist on Friday that moved the Cavaliers back to No. 1 in The Baltimore Sun's Top 15 poll. Scaife, 6 feet, scored six points in overtime after fellow senior forwards Camille Calhoun and Sierra Clark fouled out. Earlier in the week, she had 20 points and 14 rebounds in a 52-29 win over No. 8 St. Frances and 12 points and eight rebounds in a 48-42 win over No. 7 Digital Harbor. With 15 double-doubles this season, Scaife averages 13 points and 10 rebounds. A veteran of the Alana Beard's Future basketball program, she transferred to Spalding from Bishop McNamara as a junior. Scaife has a 3.4 GPA and has signed to play for North Carolina-Greensboro.
