KEYS TO VICTORY

In getting off to a 4-0 start, Ben Franklin-Masonville has proven to be a difficult matchup with its size, athleticism and depth, and Russell is comfortable using all 14 players on his roster. The Bayhawks like to run and try to wear teams down, while Poly likes to play tough, grinding defense. The most intriguing matchup of many in this game is at point guard, where Poly's All-Metro standout Crosby will go up against Ben Franklin's Byron Hawkes. Crosby is the player on the floor most capable of taking over, and how well he controls the flow could determine the outcome. Poly will look to Stokes-Graham to score, rebound and defend against the Bayhawks' versatile frontcourt led by Thompson. Graves, Henriques and Gabe Shongo are other scoring options for the Bayhawks, while Wyche has played big in the early going for the Engineers.
