Jonah Lane

Severna Park, senior

» Raced to a personal-record time of 16:43 with 13th-place finish at 4A state meet

» Won Dulaney, Towson and Hereford tri-meet in 18:55

Kieran McDermott

» Won 3A North region meet (15:42) and 3A state meet (15:59.2)

» Added two more victories at UCBAC and Chesapeake Division championship meets

» Helped Bobcats take second in the region and sixth in the state

» A repeat All-Metro first-team selection

Kai Muniz

Reservoir, senior

» Hit a 3-mile personal-record time of 16:05.8 with second-place finish at Howard County championship meet

» Helped Gators place sixth in Howard County championship meet and fourth at 3A state meet

» Won the 3A East region meet to help team take fourth place

» Also won a tri-meet for the Gators this past season

Anish Nanjappa

River Hill, sophomore

» Ran second at 2A South region meet (16:36.95) and fourth at Howard County championship meet (16:28.4)

» Helped Hawks take second at Howard County championship meet and 2A South meets, and third at 2A state meet

» Was Howard County’s top finisher with fifth-place finish at 2A state meet (16:27.31)

» Won two tri-meets for the Hawks this season
