Casey Clarke scored two goals, including the game-winner four minutes into overtime, leading No. 7 Notre Dame Prep to a 2-1 victory over Severn in girls soccer Wednesday.

The game was an Interscholastic Athletic Association of Maryland A Conference opener for both the Blazers (4-0) and the Admirals (1-2).

No. 1 McDonogh 8, Bryn Mawr 0: Kayla Clark and Casey Martinez each sored twice to power the visiting Eagles (4-1) past the Mawrtians. Goalie Lindsey Clark made five saves.

Seton Keough 7, Chapelgate Christian 5: The Gators (2-1) and Yellow Jackets opened up B Conference play with a high-scoring affair. Seton Keough led 7-2 in the second half before Chapelgate's Lydia Prierson scored three of her game-high five goals in a rally that fell short. Caitlin Alley had four goals and two assists for the Gators.

Boys soccer

No. 3 Archbishop Curley 3, Broadneck 0: Mike Sauers scored twice for the visiting Friars (3-1).

No. 11 Catonsville 3, Towson 0: Chris Lutz had two goals to lead the host Comets (3-1) past the Generals.

No. 12 Perry Hall 0, Hereford 0, 2OT: The Gators and Bulls (1-0-1) both missed scoring chances. Austin Kroll made five saves for Perry Hall and Cameron Thacker had eight for Hereford.

No. 15 Dulaney 2, Franklin 1, 2OT: Julian Sheppy scored the winner with three minutes left in the second overtime for the visiting Lions (4-1). The Indians (1-2) scored first, but Irrec Britton tied the score right before halftime.

Field hockey

No. 8 Hereford 3, Sparrows Point 0: Mary Claire Abbott had a goal and an assist to lead the visiting Bulls (4-0).

Boys volleyball

C. Milton Wright d. North Harford, 3-1: The host Mustangs won from the service line with Justin Pezzella getting 10 service points and John Grotke with 18. C.M. Wright won, 25-20, 25-19, 24-26, 25-20.

Girls volleyball

No. 3 Seton Keough d. Bryn Mawr, 3-0: Ijeoma Igwe had 16 kills and eight aces to lead the host Gators (3-0). Seton Keough won, 25-9, 25-14, 25-11.

No. 11 Bel Air d. Fallston, 3-0: The host Bobcats (5-0) were led by Celeste Roland with 12 kills and five digs and Tia Williams with eight kills. Bel Air won, 25-17, 25-17, 25-21.
