Aberdeen's No. 7 girls basketball team, which lost by 31 points Saturday to No. 1 McDonogh, regrouped Tuesday night.
Nazje Norton scored 26 points and Stephanie Jones 22 to lead the Eagles (8-3) past host C. Milton Wright (6-7), 67-49.
No. 13 Catonsville 48, Mount de Sales 37: Sami Gillis scored a game-high 18 points, but the host Sailors (6-8) lost to the Comets (9-1).
Andrea McTaggert had 12 points for Catonsville, which led by five to seven points for most of the game.
No. 12 Lake Clifton 56, New Era 16: Stefon Brown had 11 points and Derrick Green had 10 points and 10 rebounds to power the host Lakers (9-1) past the Dragons (0-11).
John Carroll 54, St. Maria Goretti 37: Kimbal Mackenzie scored 14 of his game-high 18 points in the first half and the up-tempo play of the Patriots (14-9) proved too much for the host Gaels.
The win was John Carroll's first in four games.
Loyola 50, Glenelg Country 48: Chancellor Barnard had a game-high 25 points in a losing effort for the host Dragons (10-8, 3-7 Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association A Conference).
Glenelg Country led 27-19 at halftime, but Ryan Floyd hit a 3-pointer at the buzzer to give the Dons (6-10, 3-6) a 31-30 lead after three quarters. Billy Plunkett had 11 points for Loyola. The Dragons missed a potential game-winning 3-pointer at the final buzzer.
No. 14 Severn 58, Chesapeake-AA 19: Emily Gibbons had 10 points and seven steals to lead the visiting Admirals (12-3) past the Bayhawks (1-10).
