Broadneck, linebacker, senior

The son of Navy coach Ken Niumatalolo made big strides this summer and received an offer from Idaho State. Niumatalolo (6-1, 220) will be at the heart of one of the area's best linebacking corps.

Poly, defensive end, senior

Fast for a 6-6, 241-pound guy, Taylor excels with his speed and athleticism. Also a basketball center, he has long arms and agility that come in handy when bringing down an opponent. He has drawn Division I interest.

Tyler Weedon

Catonsville, linebacker, senior

The only returning two-time first-team All-Metro selection, Weedon (5-11, 235) had 135 tackles in nine games last season. A starter since the first game of his freshman year, he has drawn interest from Maryland and Rutgers.

Joe Wright

South Carroll, linebacker, senior

A teammate's injury last fall forced Wright (6-3, 205) to move from outside linebacker to the middle, where his eye for the ball and quick lateral moves made him a better fit. He led Carroll County in tackles with 120, 17 for a loss.
