Patrick Hohman, Boys' Latin
Hohman won the Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association individual championship with a playoff victory over Gilman's Brad Miller and a score of 73. Hohman, a four-year varsity player, will attend Methodist College in North Carolina and will enroll in the Professional Golf Management Program.
Hohman, who aspires to turn professional, won an event in the Titleist Junior Tour. He was team MVP and the team points leader.
"He represents all that is true about hard work and determination," Boys' Latin coach Mason Champion said. "That is where his true talent is. He was a captain and led by example."
